Gate Pass

The portal allows the management to cater to the payroll and salary of staff. Its designated module can be accessed by the management team that is supposed to reimburse the salaries to all the staff members according to the predefined criteria. This module makes the task of salary management easier and limits the chances of committing mistakes by maintaining the reports of attendance/ leave tracking of the staff which accounts to their salaries. The transactions are recorded in the system which can be viewed later for reference.

What is Inward Gate Pass?

Whenever any parent/outsider wants to enter the school premises for some reason, he/she will need to get an Inward Gate pass. This pass is curated by recording the relevant information like name, address, and picture clicked on site, phone number, and cause of visit etc. to ensure the maximum safety.


What is Outward Gate Pass?

It is required whenever a student have to take leave for some reason in-between the schooling hours. By putting the admission number/roll no. in the Gate Pass Portal, all the data including student's name, picture, parents/guardian's picture, address, contact number etc. will appear. It will make the person in charge to ensure that the student is leaving with the right person.
