The “Web School Manager” Mobile Application has been designed to ease the work of the stakeholders. Every feature of this school management tool has been organized in the form of sections called the modules and each of these modules specifies the separate dashboards for the individual user which eliminates the chance of confusion while accessing the app. Each different user is registered as per the required fields and their online registration form is thus submitted and stored in the database. Each user is allotted a unique identification key just like the Customer Relationship Number allotted for different types of accounts. This way the mobile application identifies the user through its identity and on receiving the correct password, it lets the user log in. All the features of the “Web School Manager” software that are accessible on the web portal are also accessible on the mobile application with clearly categorized modules.
